About DataPulse
We analyse official data, so you can make your decision on a clear basis.
Vision
For DataPulse to be the reference for anyone in Saudi Arabia who needs to make a decision based on data.
Mission
We collect official and published data, analyse it and forecast its direction, and present it clearly to help anyone make their decision with confidence.
Examples of how we apply it
- Merchant tool(Arabic): an interactive platform and a site report that answer “Does the shop cover its costs?” — how much the shop needs to sell to cover its costs (the threshold) and where that sits against the share of the average shop in the district. The decision is yours.
- Spending Index newsletter(Arabic): a weekly reading that explains card spending at points of sale as published by the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA): 60 cities weekly · 30 activities for the Kingdom weekly · 60×30 monthly.
- DataPulse calendar(Arabic): dates of Ramadan, the two Eids, salaries and holidays for the next twelve months, in Gregorian and Hijri, with what happened to spending the last time each occurred.
- Spending in detail: spending by city and activity for the latest week, 52 weeks against the previous year, a two-city comparison, and what we measure and what we do not.
Every figure is attributed to its source, and every estimate carries its measured accuracy — details in Methodology.
Our limits
We do not give financial or investment advice, we do not recommend buying or selling anything, we do not provide financing or loans, and we do not promise profits.
The information is analytical to support decisions; it is not financial or investment advice. The decision and its responsibility rest with the user.
